SILOS
Silos are widely used for storage of various products and raw materials in all industrial sectors. "Montagengineering" is specialized in fabrication and erection of silos in the cement industry, treatment industry, foods and beverages sector, glass industry, paper production sector and many others. Depending on the silos installation place, they could be fabricated as pre-rolled plates and erected on site, or they are completely finished in our workshop and installed on site as a single unit.
TANKS
"Montagengineering" JSC has a long year's experience in fabrication and erection of tanks made of carbon or stainless steel. Our company manufactures and installs steel tanks with storage capacity from 50 to 50 000 cub.m. for storing of petrol products, fuels, acids and chemical products, oils for the chemical and foods and beverages industry, technological water for plants, CNG tanks for waste water treatment plants, etc. Depending on their volume and installation place, tanks can be fabricated and installed as pre-rolled plates or steel rolls, which after unrolling and welding on site form the tank.
The company also fabricates small tanks with volume from 0,5 to 50 cub.m. and pressure vessels according to clients' technical documentation. For testing and certification of pressure vessels we work with a specialized independent labolatory.
